Course Overview

This Hospital Management & Quality Management bundle brings together three focused programs to cover the essentials of healthcare leadership. The Hospital Management program, led by Dr. Mohammad Elsheikh, provides practical training in managing hospital operations, including strategic planning, financial planning, human resources HR, and modern healthcare technology tools like telemedicine and AI. Dr. Elsheikh, a certified training consultant and founder of Eshfaa for Healthcare, shares his years of experience in hospital administration and strategic planning.

The second program, Quality Management, is guided by Dr. Heba Ramzy, a Certified Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and an expert in healthcare quality and patient safety. Participants will learn how to be quality consultants, learn all aspects of healthcare quality management, improve processes, reduce risks, and apply tools like Six Sigma and PDCA. This program also highlights patient-centered care and international quality standards for building safer healthcare environments.

The third program, Quality Accreditation, dives deep into international standards like GAHAR, JCI and CBAHI. Dr. Heba provides detailed steps for achieving accreditation, from preparing self-assessments to managing compliance audits.
